I didn’t know what to expect but the Academy has really benefited me and boosted my confidence to be able to speak to the general public. I have also gained lots of skills, such as teamwork and communication & customer service. It’s enabled me to get a permanent job which I am enjoying.

I would recommend the ‘Introduction to Retail’ programme to anyone interested in getting a head start in retail. The programme not only provides you with knowledge and understanding of the job, but gives you the confidence to bring your ambitions to life.
