Cheshire Oaks Retail Academy – CORA – has since 2003 supported retailers their employees and people wanting to enter retail as a career choice. Our core products are retail training, recruitment and business support.

For retailers our training is designed to improve the customer experience, help to ensure that customers become repeat customers and to impact positively upon the bottom line.

Our partnership board is made up of a unique range of public and private sector organisations including Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet (part of the McArthurGlen Group), West Cheshire College, Cheshire West and Chester Council, Marketing Cheshire, Cheshire East Council and JobCentrePlus.

Supported by the National Skills Academy for Retail, CORA provides high quality training and recruitment services to the retail sector in Cheshire West and Cheshire East. From accredited programmes to bitesize training CORA has the expertise and track record to support and develop your employees and your business.

Our training packages are delivered at times that are right for retailers, not just Monday to Friday 9 to 5, and we use a variety of locations across Cheshire so you can find the course and venue that is right for you.
